BTW: Did you notice that the PI Congress changed Rizal Day from date of execution (30 Dec) to date of birth (19 Jun)?
Knowing that "Juneteenth" is catching on elsewhere just warms the cockles of my West Texas oilpatch heart.
And, may I render a hearty salute to the men in the Kepi Blanc and similar attire? I sincerely thank them for their efforts throughout our mutual history.
